Our service team brings our warm hospitality to life. We are seeking hospitable, articulate, and attentive service professionals who can create genuinely welcoming dining moments for international and local guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet guests, introduce our Mediterranean and Sri Lankan menu, and recommend pairings.
  • Manage table sections smoothly, coordinating orders with precision and warmth.
  • Anticipate guest needs with understated elegance and attentive presence.
  • Maintain floor cleanliness and table setup aesthetics throughout the shift.
Requirements & Qualities
  • Previous front-of-house or server experience in a dining venue or boutique hotel.
  • Fluent conversational English (additional languages are a welcome plus).
  • Warm interpersonal charm, poise, and genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome arriving guests, verify table bookings, and guide them to their tables.
  • Manage walk-in waiting lists during sunset and dinner peak hours.
  • Maintain our reservation book and answer guest phone/WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Ensure the entrance area and host podium remain immaculate and welcoming.
Requirements & Qualities
  • Polished presentation, warm smile, and impeccable hospitality demeanor.
  • Fluent spoken English; polite telephone and messaging etiquette.
  • Organized and graceful under pressure during bustling weekend rushes.

  • Complete designated training modules under the guidance of department heads.
Requirements & Qualities
  • Enrolled in or graduated from a recognized hospitality, hotel management, or culinary program.
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and willingness to learn with enthusiasm.
  • Good communication skills in English.
