1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the reservation platform on the website of Tuana Mirissa ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our online reservation tools.
2. Restaurant Reservations & Confirmation
We offer an online booking platform that allows customers to request table reservations. Placing a request does not guarantee table availability. A reservation is officially confirmed only when you receive an approval notice via email or WhatsApp from our team.
3. Cancellation & Grace Periods
We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. If your party is delayed, please inform our concierge via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellations should be notified at least 2 hours prior to reservation time.
4. Dietary Requirements & Special Requests
Please indicate any food allergies, seafood preferences, or special dietary requirements when completing your reservation form so our culinary team can prepare tailored options.
