2. Restaurant Reservations
We offer an online booking platform that allows customers to request table reservations. Placing a request does not guarantee table availability. A reservation is officially confirmed only when you receive an approval notice via email or WhatsApp from our team.
3. Reservation Policies
To provide a high-quality dining experience for all guests, we enforce the following booking guidelines:
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, we request that you cancel or modify your reservation at least one (1) hour before the scheduled time. This helps us accommodate other waiting patrons.
Arrival Time & Table Hold
We hold reserved tables for a maximum grace period of ten (10) minutes past your scheduled reservation time. If you do not arrive within this time frame, your booking may be cancelled automatically and the table re-allocated.
4. Customer Responsibilities
When submitting a booking request, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details (name, email address, phone number). You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are active to receive automated notifications. Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements must be declared in the booking notes.
5. Website Usage
You may only use our website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to submit fraudulent, speculative, or duplicate reservation requests, nor attempt to bypass any rate limits or security headers implemented on our servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, menu descriptions, page layouts, and media content on this website are the intellectual property of Tuana Mirissa and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any assets without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Tuana Mirissa be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, booking delays, system downtimes, or an inability to accommodate your reservation request due to capacity constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Third-party Services
Our booking flows may invoke external APIs (including Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for notifications, Resend for email alerts, and Cloudinary for media rendering). Use of these services is subject to the terms and privacy frameworks of the respective third-party provider.
