How to Request Personal Data Deletion

If you have submitted a reservation request or interacted with our WhatsApp messaging templates and wish to have your details permanently removed from our servers, you may send us a verified request by email to reservations@tuanamirissa.com.

Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of your deletion request, our technical desk will purge your customer profile and booking records from active servers within 7 business days, providing you with written confirmation.
