Meta Platform & GDPR Compliance Notice

Tuana Mirissa respects your right to privacy and control over your personal data. In compliance with the Meta Platform Policies, Facebook Login guidelines, and international data protection laws, we provide this direct pathway to request the permanent deletion of your information from our database records.

How to Request Personal Data Deletion

If you have submitted a reservation request or interacted with our WhatsApp messaging templates and wish to have your details permanently removed from our servers, you may send us a verified request by email.

Please include the following verified information:

  • Full Name associated with the reservation(s)
  • Phone Number (with country code, e.g. +94...)
  • Email Address used to place the booking
  • Reservation Date (if available, to help locate records)

Verification & Processing Timelines

Upon receipt of your email, our systems team will verify that the request originates from the owner of the contact details (we may send a verification email or phone query).

Once verified, all related bookings, guest contact entries, transaction records, and communication logs (including email/WhatsApp dispatch history log entries) will be **permanently deleted** from our primary databases within **30 days**.

Note: We may retain specific anonymized historical statistics or transaction receipts if required to comply with local tax, audit, or legal record retention mandates under Sri Lankan laws.
